Promotional pricing
Most advertised rates are promotional and run for a fixed window — commonly twelve or twenty-four months. When the window closes, the provider’s standard rate applies, which is often substantially higher. Some discounts do not begin until the second or third billing cycle. Ask for both the promotional rate and the rate that follows it.
Eligibility
Offers are frequently limited to new residential customers and are not available in all areas. Some multi-dwelling units do not qualify because the building has its own arrangement with a provider. Existing customers, and customers returning within a set period, may not be eligible for new-customer pricing.
AutoPay and paperless billing
